All orders are shipped from our workshop based in Beirut, Lebanon, using DHL Express for all international orders. Any returns will not provide a refund on shipping cost as well as any customs duties and VAT paid. Any returns due to unpaid customs duties and taxes, a refund on your purchase will not be applied.
To enjoy each piece please make sure they are well stored in their pouches or in your jewelry box. Please avoid contact with other pieces of jewelry, water, excessive perspiration, heat, lotions, perfumes, soaps and other chemicals. Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. How To Return My Items?

We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. Please send us an email and will give you instructions on how to return your order back to us. If returned within the period of our return policy you will receive a full refund.
