DELIVERY POLICY
All orders shipped internationally are subject to international shipping charges as well as the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with our company and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Any returns will not provide a refund on shipping cost as well as any customs duties and VAT paid.
Any returns due to unpaid customs duties and taxes, a refund on your purchase will not be applied.
ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept unworn, undamaged or defective full price product for exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving the piece of jewelry.
Returns for worn earrings are not accepted for hygiene purposes.
Sale items are final and therefore are not eligible for exchange or return.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Product returned between 7 and 15 days after receipt will receive credit only if accepted by JLC Accessories sarl.
Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 12 - 14 business days for the refund to post to your account.
