DELIVERY POLICY All orders shipped internationally are subject to international shipping charges as well as the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with our company and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery. All orders are shipped from our workshop based in Beirut, Lebanon, using DHL Express for all international orders. Any returns will not provide a refund on shipping cost as well as any customs duties and VAT paid. Any returns due to unpaid customs duties and taxes, a refund on your purchase will not be applied. ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept unworn, undamaged or defective full price product for exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving the piece of jewelry. Returns for worn earrings are not accepted for hygiene purposes. Sale items are final and therefore are not eligible for exchange or return. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Product returned between 7 and 15 days after receipt will receive credit only if accepted by JLC Accessories sarl. Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 12 - 14 business days for the refund to post to your account.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS All our jewelry pieces are handmade and therefore very delicate. To enjoy them properly please make sure they are well stored in their pouches or in your jewelry box. Please avoid contact with other pieces of jewelry, water, excessive perspiration, heat, lotions, perfumes, soaps and other chemicals. Contact with these elements may cause a darkening effect on the plating. We use high quality plating but the plating may darken or tarnish with normal wear over the time. We recommend cleansing the metal surface with a polishing cloth whenever needed. KNOW HOW All our jewelry pieces are carefully hand-crafted by professional artisans. Every piece is made with perfection and the stones are all handset one by one. Old jewelry techniques are applied in order to achieve the best finishing with distinguished designs. MATERIALS The base metal is brass and the plating used for the gold finish is 18K gold plating and the silver and black finish, we use white and black Rhodium plating. We use high quality plating solutions imported from Switzerland in order to achieve the best finishing. All the pearls used are genuine Swarovski pearls made of crystals imported from Austria. The stones used are cubic zirconia and are hand-set. MADE IN LEBANON Every piece is hand-made with love in our atelier in Beirut, Lebanon.
